We are your local event decorating partner. We can travel up to 250 miles from Waco to bring our services directly to your venue, personally handling the meticulous transport and complete setup of every item. We're dedicated to building genuine relationships with clients in our community.

Providing Stress-Free Solutions

Our service is truly full-circle. We personally manage the complete venue setup and do a full teardown of our decorations. For total peace of mind, we also offer an optional complete venue cleanup service.

  • It all starts with a one-on-one conversation. We'll dive deep into your vision, listen to your ideas, and discuss the atmosphere you want to create. We gather all the event details, from your desired outcome to the venue's timeline, to ensure our services align perfectly

  • Based on our consultation, we craft a custom design concept just for you. This includes visual mockups of table settings and decor, along with our own creative ideas. This step ensures our design perfectly matches your vision before we move forward.

  • Once you are thrilled with the design concept, we make it official. We'll send over the contract and invoice. A signed agreement and a received down payment secure your event date in our calendar, and we get to work!

  • This is where the magic begins. Our team meticulously sources all the best materials and begins hand-crafting your custom centerpieces, signage, and other unique decor elements needed to bring your vision to life.
